2	Shoulder: Place the tape across the back of your shoulders and measure across from one shoulder point to the other.
3	Chest: Keep the tape parallel and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
4	Waist: Place the tape on your waist (horizontally) and measure your mid waistline, which is 1 inch below your belly button.
