Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS/RCS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
If your pin code is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.
Exchanges and returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. XYXX products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

- In the event of a certain color or size not available in stock, an alternate color will be dispatched in your order
