Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS/RCS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
If your pin code is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.
Exchanges and returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. XYXX products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
Your first ever XYXX underwear is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: please Reach out to us within 15 days of receiving the order. Please make sure the product is unused: unwashed and in original condition.
Products purchased on clearance sale cannot be returned.
Prefer a return instead? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded.

A defect is defined as any irregularity or flaw that surpasses normal wear and tear. In the rare event that you discover a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently, regardless of where it was purchased.

Eligibility and Order Limit:
- The 100 DP Plan is available only for orders up to Rs. 900.
- Customers eligible for this plan can place an order with an initial down payment of Rs. 100.
- The remaining balance of the order, which can be up to Rs. 900, will be payable in one single EMI (Equated Monthly Instalment) on the due date, as per the terms outlined below.
Payment Structure:
- Down Payment: A down payment of Rs. 100 must be paid upfront to place the order..
- EMI Payment: The remaining balance of the order (up to Rs. 900) will be payable in one lump sum EMI on the designated due date.
EMI Due Date:
- For orders placed between the 1st and 24th of the month, the EMI will be due on the 3rd of the following month.
- For orders placed between the 25th and 31st of the month, the EMI will be due on the 3rd of the month following the next.
Orders Above Rs. 900:
- For orders exceeding Rs. 900, the customer will not be eligible for the 100 DP Plan. Instead, the existing Pay in 3 Plan will be available for such orders.

Pickup Timeline: Reverse pickup will be arranged within 24–72 hours of approval.
Registered Number Only: For security, pickup will be done only at the original delivery address and number. No alternate contacts allowed.
Mandatory Packing Video:
All customers must record a clear video showing the product condition and packing process before handing it over. This is for safety and proof of intact product transfer.Video is Required in Edge Cases:
In case of damage, mismatch, or disputes, we may request this video. Failure to provide it will result in automatic rejection of the claim.Strict Quality Check:
All returns go through final QC at our facility. Products found used, altered, or missing tags/accessories will be rejected with no further discussion.One-Time Pickup Attempt:
If the pickup fails due to unavailability, wrong address, or lack of coordination, the return case will be closed automatically.
