1. Returns and exchanges

We offer a 15-day ‘TRY-US’ guarantee on your first innerwear and an easy 30-day return policy on all outerwear. Learn more about our detailed policy here (Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy)

Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.

Exchanges and returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. XYXX products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us. 

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

2. Discounts and coupon codes

Discount vouchers/ coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

3. Order cancellations

We only accept order cancellations if your package hasn’t been shipped. Learn more about our order cancellation policy here.

4. Missing or defective products

In case you’ve received a wrong (size/colour) or damaged product or your package has a missing item, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team and they’ll help investigate the matter better.

If some items are missing from the shipment, please make a note on the proof of delivery and contact our customer care team immediately at 6358729768 or drop an email at support@xyxxcrew.com. If missing items are not noted at the time of arrival before the delivery guy leaves, and you do not call our customer support to report a missing item within 2 days, your replacement for missing items will be forfeited.

  • A picture of the product in its original condition and box.

5. After-use damage
