1. Returns and exchanges
Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
If your pin code is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.An amount of ₹100 will be charged for any second-time returns or exchanges.
Exchanges and returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. XYXX products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
2. Discounts and coupon codes
Discount vouchers/ coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
3. Order cancellations

4. Wrong Products
Received a wrong item/size/color? We’re sure to double check before shipping your order. But in an unlikely event where you receive a wrong product, please reach out to us on 6358729768 or drop an email at email@example.com .
If the issue is not noted at the time of arrival before the delivery guy leaves, and you do not call our customer support to report the missing item within 2 days, your replacement request will be forfeited.
5. Missing or defective products
If some items are defective or missing from the shipment, please make a note at the time of delivery and contact our customer care team immediately at 6358729768 or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If defective/missing items are not addressed at the time of arrival, before the delivery personnel leaves, or you do not call our customer support to report this case within 2 days, your request for a replacement for defective/missing items will be forfeited.

- Size/colour of the product purchased.
- A picture of the product in the box in its original condition.
6. After-use damage

- In case of an exchange of an item of higher denomination, the balance amount has to be borne by the customer.
- In the event of a certain color or size not available in stock, an alternate color will be dispatched in your order.

- Plz note, all packages are weighed before final dispatch to all customers. In case of missing products, XYXX reserves the right to resolve this issue after final investigation.
