1. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We really hope you like what you buy. But in case you’re not happy with what you’ve ordered or the size doesn’t fit quite right, we’re here to help you:

15-day ‘TRY-US’ guarantee on your first innerwear (Not Applicable on Thermals & Noise Earphone orders):

Trying us for the first time? Not liking how your innerwear fits? Don’t worry. We’re glad to provide a replacement of the same article or a lesser amount within 15 days on your first ever innerwear.

In case you’ve purchased just a single innerwear product and you’re not happy with how it fits or looks, we’ll offer an exchange. No questions asked.

In case you’ve bought a multi-pack, we request you to try on only one piece. We’ll gladly provide an exchange for the pack, provided the rest of the products are unused and unwashed.

Not loving what you’ve got? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. 2. 30- day easy returns/exchange on outerwear:

We offer an easy exchange or return policy for all outerwear, no questions asked. You can raise an exchange or return request for any outerwear product within 30 days of its delivery. (Not Applicable on Noise Earphones Orders)

If you do not like how your garment fits or looks, you can request for it to be exchanged for an alternate size or color.

Prefer a return instead? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.

Here’s how you go about this:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team. Email us on support@xyxxcrew.com or WhatsApp us on +91 6358729768 within 30 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Share your order details and request an exchange or return. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 business days. We will initiate the exchange or return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to unavailability of the product for any reason, we’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.

3. We will not be able to offer an return or exchange if:

The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

1. The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.

2. Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty.

3. The product is used or altered.

4. If the request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery for innerwear and 30 business days of order delivery for outwear.

5. Please note: For select marketing campaigns or sale periods, special exchange/ return rules may apply. Information regarding this is mentioned in the Campaign T&C's on the Landing Page. For any clarification, please feel free to get in touch with our customer care team.

4. Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.

If your pincode is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges upto Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.

Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. XYXX products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

5. 30 Days Easy Exchange on Thermals:

We offer an easy exchange for all Thermal, no questions asked. You can raise an exchange request for any Thermal product within 30 days of its delivery. Unfortunately, we don't offer a return on this category.

Please refer to the outerwear policy to learn about the steps to exchange the product in case of any size or color related issues.

6. Only Exchange Orders with Noise Earphones. No Returns.

Users will not be eligible for refunds on orders dispatched with Noise Headphones. However, we are happy to exchange the item with any other product/s of the same value or lower. In case of an exchange of an item of higher denomination, the balance amount has to be borne by the customer.
