1	Neck: Keep the tape slightly loose. Measure around the centre of the neck (over the larynx).
2	Shoulder: Place the tape across the back of your shoulders and measure across from one shoulder point to the other.
3	Chest: Keep the tape parallel and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
