I got a tampered package, what should I do?

We urge you to check the packaging as soon as you receive it from our delivery partner and refuse to accept any tampered packages. In case you have accepted a tampered package, kindly take an unboxing video of the outer packaging. Verify that the products you received match your order and share the video and order details with our customer service team.

My order is undelivered, what should I do?

How do I return/exchange an item I purchased from XYXX?

You can raise the request for return and exchange in the following ways:

1. Click the 'Return and Exchange status' and provide your order details, and contact information such as - your registered email ID or phone number.

What are the steps to return/exchange an item on the website?

2. Click on 'Return and Exchange Status'
3. Enter your order ID and phone number/email ID.
4. Select the products you wish to return/exchange.

What is the eligibility process for a successful exchange or return?

Please share an image of the product you wish to exchange and the invoice for our reference. Kindly note that the products must be in their original packaging with all seals, labels and barcodes intact for the request to be approved.

Once approved, We will pick up the products within 7 days. We will initiate a replacement or a refund as soon as the products reach our warehouse and our quality assurance team approves the returned product.

When am I not eligible for a return?

Your order must fit certain criteria to be eligible for return. The product can only be returned in its original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products that are not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty cannot be returned. If the product is used or altered, it cannot be returned. Please note the request for innerwear should be initiated after 15 days of order delivery and 30 days of order delivery for outerwear.

Can I return/exchange partial order?

Kindly note that this needs to be done within 30 days of receiving your outerwear order. For innerwear orders, please contact us within 15 days.

I have received a damaged/wrong/missing item in my order, how should I proceed?

We apologize for this experience. You can raise an exchange request by visiting our website and following the steps mentioned above, or reach out to us by email, WhatsApp or call us within the next 15 days.

What if the product I want in exchange is not available in stock?

In case, we are unable to process an exchange due to the unavailability of the product for any reason, we will issue a refund for the product price. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded. The refund amount will be credited back to the source of payment within 15 days.

I have tried the product for a day, can I return/exchange it?

How much time does the return/exchange process takes?

Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Once we receive confirmation that your returned products fulfil all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to you to the source of payment within 15 business days.

What if my pincode is non servieable for the return pickup?

In case your pin code is non-serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. In such a scenario, courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded back to you.

What payment methods/modes do you accept?

The website allows payment through various modes like cash on delivery (COD), virtual payment wallets and online payments through debit/credit cards, internet banking or other methods adopted by the company from time to time.

Are there any charges associated with COD orders?

For every COD order, we charge a nominal handling fee of Rs.49.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

Wait for a few minutes to ensure that the payment has in fact failed and the bank hasn't deducted the amount from your account. The payment has been debited from my account, but the order is not confirmed. What should I do?

If your account has been debited but you were not redirected to the Order confirmation page, please check your mail and SMS for any order confirmation message. If you have received a confirmation, then the order is indeed placed successfully and you won't have to worry about its fulfilment.

However, if you have not received any confirmation, please contact our support team with your details such as the phone number and email ID used while placing the order, the payment instrument used & any transaction reference ID that you may have received. Our team will try to follow up with the respective bank and help you with the refund.
